Full Day Care
Our Full Day Care nurseries are open for 51 weeks of the year. Please note we are closed for five working days over the Christmas period, to enable refurbishment/maintenance of the nurseries to take place.
Opening hours: We are open from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. If you are returning to work only one day a week you may wish to consider that seven of these bank holidays fall on a Monday.
Early starts: In some of our nurseries we operate an Early Bird system which enables parents to drop their child off around 7.30 am. This incurs an additional charge of £6.00 per day. This service is at the discretion of the nursery manager, and is subject to staffing availability.
Pick ups: We understand that for some parents a late finish is unavoidable. Therefore we are able to offer a Late Club until 6.30 pm for an additional charge of £6.00 per day, booked in advance. Persistent late collection without prior arrangement will result in a penalty fee. This fee is dependent on how late your child is collected from the nursery.
Registration: Once you have decided to choose our nursery, we would suggest that you register your child. Places are offered out approximately eight weeks in advance. Please note your registration does not guarantee you a place within the nursery. It simply places you on our waiting list.
For Teachers: We offer term time only care for 2 to 5 year olds at our Raynes Park nursery. Please discuss your individual needs with our admissions department.
Alternative Care: If we are unable to offer you the requested days at the time of your return to work, you may wish to consider using our sister company Smart Chicks.
Smart Chicks specialises in finding nannies who are subjected to the same screening process as our own staff. You may wish to use the facility as a temporary measure.
